Congratulations to Donnycarney FC on winning Premier C following their win on Wednesday night against East Wall Rovers in Richmond Road.

Ely Woodlawn were so near the final of the MSS/JJ O Toole Cup as they led 1-0 in the second period of injury time against Hardwicke FC only for the match to be abandoned. Referee John Thornton had no option to abandon the game following a bad injury to a Hardwicke player which resulted in an hour wait for an Ambulance to arrive at the Complex. Everyone wishes the player a speedy recovery.

Mark Ludlow off Donnycarney FC was this week’s Superior Racking Man of the Match winner following his display against East Wall Rovers in his side’s league title win.

Sheriff YC beat Kilbarrack Utd 3-0 in the Nivea Cup while Real Transylvania beat Rivervalley Rgs, Castleknock Celtic beat Howth Celtic and Hardwicke FC beat McKelvey Celtic 3-0.

In the Superior Racking and Shelving Cup there were good wins for St.Malachy/Edenmore and St.Brendans United

In the Jim Cullen Cup Valley Park United beat Elm Mount 3-0 and St.Marks beat Shanganagh Cliffs 3-1.

East Wall /Bessborough beat FC Hibernian 3-1 in the Myles O Neill Cup and Railway Union beat Butterkrust 6-4 in a high scoring game.
