Rule 82 JJ O Toole Cup change to MSS Cup

Dingle United propose the following rule changes.

Rule 82 JJ O Toole Cup. From no player who played in the Liddy cup in the current season is eligible to play in this cup.

To : No more than 6 players can play in the jj o toole cup/MSS Cup if they played in the Liddy cup or played in more than 5 domestic games in Premier A in the current season

Rule 110 Myles O Neill Cup. from : this cup shall be competed for annually between teams in Senior Sat division . To: This cup shall be completed for annually between Senior Sat and Premier B in the current season.

Rule 112 Elastoplast Sport Shield from a club may not play more than 6 players who played in the Liddy cup during the current season . To. A club may play no player who played more than 5 times in Premier A in the current season

Rule 103 Frank Row Cup. from : no player who has played in the Nivea AUL Challenge cup in the current season shall be eligible form this cup . to: no player who has played in the Nivea AUL Challenge Cup, Liddy Cup, Regency Cup. JJ O Toole Cup/MSS Cup, Paddy Cole Cup. Myles O Neill Cup or cups of a similar status ( higher than div 2 ) , in the current season shall be eligible to play in this cup. Rule 59 should also apply to this cup and the Unidare cup.

Rule 30. In the event of the ground been declared unplayable , the referee shall be paid half his match fee . To : half his match fee plus his urban travel expenses fee. ( eg. Standard match fee is €45 , broke down as €27 match fee plus €18 travel expenses so referee receives €27/2= €13.50 + €18 = €31.50 when pitch is declared unplayable. Referees in the top division receives €6 more )

5. Rule 31 (v). Both footballs must be umbro and supplied by the league equipment partners, To: The league would ask both footballs used to be umbro and supplied by the league equipment partners.

Rule 32 . The registration period for players is from 1st June to 31st March inclusive . To: the registration period for players is from 1st June to 31st Jan except when dual signing a current player within your schoolboy section into senior section , at this point the registration period is from 1st June to 31st March.

Rule 45. Book says , no player can play with a fine outstanding of more than 10 days

Rule 45a change rule 45 to fine must be paid within 10 days from the date on the letter.

Rule for subs. Propose it changes to 5 from 7 in Prem A.B.C and Senior Sat . and 5 rolling subs from 7 (on and off) in all the lower divisions .

In cup games to remain 3 from 7 in all competitions

Rule 53: Maximum number of teams in a Division :

The maximum number of teams in a division shall be no more than 14 where possible . “ no team will be regarded as being in this division until it has completed 1 LEAGUE fixture “

New Rules Proposed by the AUL

Yellow Cards received by a player will apply to that Divisional League i.e. Saturday or Sunday and count as separate Leagues e.g. A player may accumulate 4 Yellow Cards in the Saturday Division, he is still eligible to play in a Sunday Domestic game and vice averse.

5 Substitutes from 7 may be used in any AUL Domestic Game.

A Quorum for an AGM must be 33% of the clubs.

10 Days notice must be given to the executive committee in writing for a fixture cancellation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

BETTING/GAMBLING

1. Anyone who engages in any behaviour that damages or could damage the integrity of matches and competitions may be subject to disciplinary sanctions. All persons are obliged to cooperate fully with the League in all efforts to combat such behaviour.

2. Anyone who engages in any of the following may be subject to disciplinary sanction:

a) acting in a manner that is likely to exert an influence on the course and/or result of a match or competition by means of behaviour with a view to gaining an advantage for themselves or a third party;

b) participating directly or indirectly in betting or similar activities relating to matches or competitions or having a direct or indirect financial interest in such activities;

c) instructing someone to bet on their behalf;

d) using or providing others with information which is not publically available, is obtained through his position in football and damages or could damage the integrity of a match or a competition;

e) failing to immediately and voluntarily inform the Association if approached in connection with activities aimed at influencing the course and/or result of a match or competition;

f) failing to immediately and voluntarily report to the Association any behaviour that they may be aware of that falls within the scope of this Rule;

3. Any complaints made regarding match fixing after the relevant competition stage has finished will have no impact on the sporting result of the competition or match in question and will not require a match to be replayed.

4. If there is a suspected breach of this rule all persons subject to these rules must provide any information, documentation, data recording and/or storage device including but not limited to text, images, sound etc that could contain data relating to the matter.

Change the yellow card suspension to 5 yellows instead of 4, also to wipe out at Christmas and start again in January.
